Constructive therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a constructive form of therapy where both the therapist and the client meet in an active form of therapy. Through seeing the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, the development of behavioral patterns can be both clarified and understood.
Insights and change
CBT is a toolbox for those who seek to change, and it is by both looking at what has happened in life, creating insight into how history affects the present, and opening up to changed ways of facing life that the space for change is formed. I work from a relational perspective where your attachment patterns and your relationships will naturally take up space in the therapy. We will then together create an image of you where we make your patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors visible. These are then put into perspective by your life experiences.
