Men i s\u00e5dana fall b\u00f6r man s\u00f6ka hj\u00e4lp och st\u00f6d hos n\u00e5gon professionell s\u00e5som l\u00e4kare, kurator, KBT terapeut, beroendeterapeut etc. Detta f\u00f6r att dels f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp att b\u00f6rja i r\u00e4tt \u00e4nde men \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 st\u00f6d i att sakta men s\u00e4kert ta sm\u00e5 sm\u00e5 steg mot en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad h\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n<p>Men om du helt enkelt k\u00e4nner dig \u00f6ver\u00f6st av tips och r\u00e5d av hurtiga profiler p\u00e5 FB eller Instagram d\u00e4r k\u00e4nslan hos dig blir att du inte &#8220;klarar av&#8221;, eller att tanken &#8220;det d\u00e4r orkar jag aldrig&#8221; dyker upp, d\u00e5 kan du g\u00f6ra ta ett aktivt beslut att inte scrolla och l\u00e4sa. Ta bort profiler som st\u00f6r dig ur ditt fl\u00f6de, dom som g\u00f6r att du k\u00e4nner dig s\u00e4mre och mindre. V\u00e4lj aktivt att inte f\u00f6lja med i allt. N\u00e4r saker dyker upp, stanna upp och fundera p\u00e5 om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got f\u00f6r dig.
